  • $20.00 Minimum for Trips Originating at Love Field Airport and Terminating Within the Dallas Market Center Area or Originating Within the Dallas Market Center Area and Terminating at Love Field Airport
  • $47.00 Flat Rate for Each Trip Either Originating at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Terminating Within the Dallas Market Center Area or Originating Within the Dallas Market Center Area and Terminating at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

The Dallas Central Business District is the area bounded by Woodall Rodgers Freeway on the north, Central Expressway on the east, R. L. Thornton Freeway on the south, and Stemmons Freeway on the west and all points located within 1,000 feet of the Dallas Central Business district boundaries.

The Dallas Market Center Area is the area bounded by Medical District Drive on the northwest, Harry Hines Boulevard on the northeast, Oak Lawn Avenue on the southeast and Irving Boulevard on the southwest.

Conditions On All Fares

  1. Passengers in the same cab traveling between the same points will be considered as one party. A multiple fare may not be charged
  2. Extra Passenger shall be the total number of passengers, less one.
  3. Driver is required to reset the meter at each destination when discharging passengers who are riding in the same cab with passengers who have different destinations, except when one person pays the fare for all passengers.
  4. All toll routes must be approved by passengers in advance.
  5. Discounted fares must be agreed upon before taxicab service begins.
  6. Taximeter is to be in operation while engaged regardless of whether a flat fare or a discounted fare is to be paid.
  7. $0.50 gasoline surcharge for each $0.50 increase or decrease in the average price per gallon of gasoline above$2.00.

D/FW Airport Fares Effective Date 10/01/2013

Passengers in the same cab traveling between the same points will be considered as one party. A multiple fare may not be charged. The Dallas meter rate shall apply to all trips originating at D/FW Airport with the following exceptions:

  • $48.00 Flat rate to and from locations within the Fort Worth Central Business District plus extras.
  • $7.00 Terminal transfer fee or the meter reading, whichever is greater
  • $18.00 Minimum fare for all trips outside the Airport parking plaza but within Airport perimeter or the meter reading whichever is greater plus extras
  • $22.00 Minimum fare for all trips originating on Airport property and terminating off Airport property or the meter reading whichever is greater plus extras.
  • $5.00 Airport exit fee
  • $4.00 Airport drop off fee
Flat rates include airport fees but not extra passengers or fuel surcharge Taxi drivers are required to:
  • Accept credit cards
  • Know how to read & use a MAPSCO
  • Must be able to communicate in English
